WHAT'S COLLEGE LEADERSHIP?
College Leadership is an exciting and challenging opportunity that equips students with skills and friendships that will last a lifetime!
Students are challenged to take their faith to the next level by living differently and loving radically. In doing so, students will experience deeper intimacy with Jesus as they learn to give their lives away. The vision is that students will get a taste of what it means to truly follow Jesus, live in community and relentlessly seek out and love people.
Students will get hands on leadership experience by becoming mentors to Sr. & Jr. high students at The Mix, our Wednesday night youth service. This teaches College Students how to initiate and build relationships with people while providing a platform to love and lead younger students, showing them what a strong relationship with the Lord looks like.

WHAT'S INVOLVED?
Everything we do in the youth ministry is driven by college leaders building one on one relationships with middle school and high school students. The purpose is to reach and challenge students to become fully devoted followers of Christ by earning the right to be heard. College leaders LIVE life with students on a weekly basis, LOVE them where they are in life, and help LEAD them closer to Christ, wherever they are on their spiritual journey.
WHAT'S THE COMMITMENT?
- College Leadership Meetings (Sunday evenings 7:30-8:45)
- The Mix (Wednesdays 6:30-9:00)
- Initiate contact weekly with your youth
- Fall & Spring Leader Retreats
- 1-year commitment (Summers optional)
